#seasonalplacesinjapan #Niigata #domestictravel "Snow Country Retreat" regenerates the region and regenerates me𓂃𓃱𓈒𓏸 The setting is Tsunan Town, Niigata Prefecture, and I participated in the Snow Country Retreat monitor tour❄️ What is Snow Country Retreat☃️ An experiential travel plan in one of Japan's leading snowfall regions, an extraordinary space of overwhelming nature and unique culture🍃 It's a new style of travel that allows you to get away from your daily life, face yourself, and relax your mind and body through various programs🌛 At Snow Country Retreat, The tour was conducted in the order of "time to find yourself → time to move your body → time to think", so there was plenty of free time rather than a tight schedule 🤍 On this tour, we mainly experienced ① Singing Ring, ② Walking around the area touching snow, and ③ Pastel art 🌿 ① Singing Ring Handcrafted by Japanese craftsmen one by one, it is the only acoustic instrument in the world that can play the countless overtones that exist in nature with one hit 🫧 This precious sound has been academically proven to balance the meridians, reduce stress, and increase calm, and we were able to "sound bathe" and fully heal our minds and bodies 🥹🪽 ② Walking around the area The snow makes a "mugi mugi" sound every time you step on it, and the sound of it crumbles when you touch it, and we quietly enjoyed the soundless world that is hard to find on slopes or tourist spots, while also laughing like a child while buried in snow 🤭 We enjoyed the fluffy, moist, high-quality fresh snow as much as we could. I had so much fun ⛄️ ③ Pastel art Follow your heart and your feelings, layer your favorite colors and experience art 🎨 Working together was fun, like going back to school, and when we lined up the finished works, I honestly thought "everyone is different and everyone is good ✨" ☺️ The way people live with the sun and in tune with the seasons is very peaceful, and it was a trip that made me vaguely think that this is the richness of life 😌💭
