A bit disappointed with the fish

However, I was slightly disappointed with the two dishes I tried this time. The dried scallop and golden mushroom with lettuce was okay, nothing special. The fried fish was beautifully cooked, with tender, snowy white meat. But it was completely tasteless—no fish flavor, no saltiness, as if it hadn’t been seasoned at all ☹️
