I went to "Tori-ya" in #Tsu city, #Mie prefecture ((((((っ･ω･)っ A restaurant where you can eat Matsusaka city's soul food #chicken miso-yaki ∑d(≧▽≦*) I was interested in chicken miso-yaki because they had done it on the Kenmin Show before, but I couldn't get a chance to eat it... I happened to see a sign for chicken miso-yaki on the road I was passing by on my motorcycle, so I went in ♡ カｬｯ(∀〃(〃∀)ｷｬﾂ♡ They have various parts of chicken, including local chicken I ordered young chicken, spine, Ise red chicken, and Sakurahime furisode (人•͈ᴗ•͈) It's marinated in an original miso sauce, and you eat it with that sauce, which is so delicious ∑d(≧▽≦*) It's a thick sauce, but it goes really well with rice (^∪^/🍚) You get a set of thighs and breasts for the young chicken, and I like the plump thighs (〃艸〃)♡ The thighs are crunchy and chewy, but the more you chew, the more flavor comes out ( '༥'｡ )❤︎ The Ise Akadori comes with thigh meat If you like thighs, you should definitely try it (*´ч ` *) Sakurahime Furiso has more than three times the Vitamin E of regular chicken.
