The Northern Lights have arrived! The first light in Tromsø, Norway.

Aurora Borealis is here!!! The first light in Tromsø, Norway Tonight, Kp (the intensity of the Aurora Borealis is low, around 1.8), but did you know that in Tromso, Norway, you can easily see the Aurora Borealis with the naked eye? Even with a very low light level of 1 out of 5, you can see the Aurora Borealis. But...the main factor is the clouds that will block the light that will pass through the sky. Tonight, I am in Tromso, but there are a lot of clouds. I checked the Aurora App and found that the clouds started to thin out around 8 pm and became lighter again at midnight. I decided to drive along the road out of town to find a parking spot where there is less light around and it is open. I drove out of town for about 60-70 km, spent about 5-6 hours sitting and sleeping in the car in the dark, and then I saw the Aurora Borealis. The colors in Norway are so beautiful. Even with a low Kp, I am so satisfied. I went back to sleep at around 1 am, so exhausted. I still have many more days and I think that in Lofoten, I will have a chance to see more.
