Monks, A perfect place to hang out!

Saw their unique signage on my rare excursion to Kelapa Gading and decided to grab light bite. Have to say I am very impressed with their extensive food menu served with finesse yet friendly price. The concept is mixture of japanese and western. Forgot the name of the food I ordered, but it is like sushi wrapped in thin sliced seared beef with cheese and mentaiko. Taste wise: a flavor bomb in your mouth. Curious to try the other dishes. Moving on to the coffee, their beans are imported from Kenya, offering light distinctive taste you can't find in Indonesian' coffee. Their barista is very informative and take note to customer's preference and customize the brew accordingly. The place is cozy, with spacious seating and well lit atmosphere. Suitable for all occasion from hanging out with friends, studying, business meeting to after work beer fix. Might not be able to come here often due to my home is in South Jakarta, but if I do come to the North i will definitely come back here.
