🌋Mount Bromo, the Breath of God🌋 or Kawah Gunung Bromo (Mt. Bromo) is an active volcano with smoke rising and ready to erupt. As is well known, Indonesia is located on the Pacific Ring of Fire, which means many volcanoes are still active. Visiting here... I can only say it's amazing because we walked down from the village with horse keepers who offer rides for tourists to take pictures... it was quite a long way. When we reached the stairs to climb to the top of the volcano to see the crater, we had to queue and push through the crowd of local and international tourists. When we got there, we had to be careful while walking as there have been incidents of people falling into the crater in the past. Besides Bromo, there are other attractions around. Depending on your preference, there are jeep and motorcycle tours. If you're alone, you can hire a motorcycle. You can also ask for a jeep ride to take pictures. ✨Attractions around Bromo✨ - Bromo Temple - Teletubbies Hill Bromo and a waterfall, but it's quite far. 🧳Travel: Fly to Surabaya Airport, rent a car or take a bus to Malang. Get off at the bus station only, don't get off elsewhere (buses often stop to sell tours). At the bus station, there will be vans going up to Bromo.
