The best ocean view cafe in Tongyeong, Nerha 21💙

This is a place that has the best view of all the ocean view cafes I've been to. I've never been disappointed every time I've been there, and I can confidently recommend it to anyone. I think I know why the Spanish resort Nerja, which means the balcony of Europe, was named with such confidence.
