Students will be moved to tears. You must stay at this hotel when you come to Tokyo!!!
Tokyo Janu Hotel Check-in Experience: Luxury and Vitality
Last month, I chose to stay at Tokyo Janu Hotel and had an unforgettable holiday.
💰Average Spend
Room rates vary depending on the room type and booking channel, starting at around JPY 150,000 per night. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options and high-quality services, and the overall value for money is above average among luxury hotels in Tokyo.
🏠Room Type/Layout
I stayed in a standard room, which is about 40 square meters and equipped with a large bed or two single beds. The room is modern in design and has a balcony with a view of the city. The room is equipped with a minibar, coffee machine, safe, coffee/tea pot, and LCD TV. Some guests reported a slight smell of new renovation in the room, but the overall environment is comfortable.
🛏Supplies/Facilities
The hotel opened in 2024 and has a modern and vibrant style with the sophistication of the Aman brand. The lobby is located on the ground floor of the hotel, with direct access to the elevator from the entrance, which is very convenient. The room is equipped with high-quality toiletries, but some guests reported that the soundproofing of the room needs to be improved. The hotel's fitness facilities and pool environment are excellent, with the largest health center in Tokyo, including a wide range of fitness equipment and a spacious swimming pool.
Soundproofing/Hygiene
The soundproofing is generally good, but at certain times, the sound from the corridor may be slightly transmitted into the room. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and public areas are well done, with no obvious dampness or odor problems.
💗Other Tips
1. Hotel Location: The hotel is located in the new Tokyo landmark Azabudai Hills, just steps away from the Roppongi and Toranomon districts. The surrounding area is full of food, drink, and entertainment, and it is also close to Tokyo Tower.
2. Dining Experience: The hotel has eight restaurants, including the all-day Italian restaurant Janu Mercato and the cozy Japanese restaurant Sumi. Breakfast is a la carte, with Western, Japanese, and vegetarian options, and some guests found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited.
3. Overall Rating: Tokyo Janu Hotel is a new luxury landmark in Tokyo, with modern design and complete facilities, suitable for travelers who pursue fashion and vitality. However, some facilities, such as the gym, are relatively small, and room rates are higher during peak season.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the hotel's vibrant atmosphere and quality service were impressive.
