Kadokawa Musashino Museum

Technically it's in Saitama, but you can easily go there as part of your Tokyo sightseeing. There is a large library, so you can enjoy just wandering around. There is also a manga library. The projection mapping on the bookshelves is a must-see. They also hold special exhibitions for a limited time, and there is a food truck outside, so you can stay for a long time. There is a museum shop and manga-related shops nearby, so you can shop there too.
