✅ Seats: • Layout with 2-2 rows at the front. Not fully flat. Slightly narrower than the seats used by sister airline China Eastern Airlines on their A320s. • Legroom is spacious and the reclining angle is sufficient for short-haul routes. 🍽️ In-flight meal: • A Japanese-Western style meal consisting of rice, grilled chicken with tomato sauce, soba noodles, and fruit. • Overall well-balanced and the taste was satisfactory. The chicken was juicy and the rice was chewy. • Drink service was also polite, and hot tea was served regularly. They brought refills about four times until I said, "I'm fine." 🎥 Entertainment: • Monitors at each seat. The content was mainly Chinese, but there was a decent selection of movies. 👟 Amenities and equipment • No amenity kits were distributed on this flight. • However, the slippers provided were black cloth type with the logo of China Eastern Airlines, the sister company of China Eastern Airlines, which is the same as the long-haul flight, so I took them home. • There were pillows and blankets, so it was a comfortable environment to sit in. 💡 Summary: Although Shanghai Airlines' business class is a short distance, the quality of the in-flight meals and service is high, and it is a route where you can experience a proper business class. Especially when using it for connecting to a long-haul flight, the smooth and comfortable travel is attractive.
