Crystal Waters, Tioman, Malaysia

Been here over ten times and it is definitely a place to visit when it's not Monsoon season. Catch a bus from Malaysia to Mersing, and then a ferry to Tioman. Tioman has many sections that you can opt to stay on the island. Jungle trekking is an experience !. Many diving shops yo clock your dives or even take up your open water certs. Once, I did a trip during monsoon. There wasn't many visitors and most locals went home to city. Although we knew ferries hardly operate during monsoon, we gave it a shot. We were stuck on the island for a week BUT NO REGRETS. It was beautiful. Quiet days and nights with few shops opened. The locals are friendly and accommodating We played beach volley ball with the and had bon fires almost every night!
