Around Chengdu｜A one-day summer outing with kids at Ya'an Labah River!

Departing from Chengdu South Gate, take 3 hours to bring the kids to Labah River and enjoy a 23-degree summer! 🍃🍃 📍 Erlang Mountain Labah River Scenic Area ✅ There are basically no vendors inside the scenic area. You can stop at Tianquan Service Area for meals and to buy some supplies before continuing. 🚶‍♂️ The scenic area is divided into East Line and West Line: 1️⃣ East Line: Boardwalk hiking along the river, one way 4.5 km; a family-friendly hike, taking kids into the secret forest realm of Western Sichuan 💚 The boardwalk is built along both riverbanks and is very cool. Along the way, you’ll pass the boardwalk, a popular wooden bridge, 🌳 forest oxygen bar, small waterfalls… Near the Blue Crystal Hotel, you can even see deer 🦌 ❗️⚠️ Monkeys 🐒 appear frequently along the route. Do not hold food in your hands. Generally, if you don’t provoke them, there is no danger; ❗️ If you don’t want to return the same way after reaching the Blue Crystal Hotel, you can take a bus 🚌. Tickets are sold at the hotel lobby for 20 yuan/person; 2️⃣ West Line: Sightseeing car + cable car + hiking The mountain top is over 3,000 meters in elevation. We only did the East Line with the kids, but if you have time, you can check in both routes and even receive a medal 🏅
