Cow's ridge, a trip for teenagers with degenerative knee problems

#HikingTrip This trip can be called a "trip for teenagers with osteoarthritis" for real 😂 Before leaving, I read on the website that the round trip distance was only 18 km. When I actually walked, I was like "What the heck?" Because it wasn't really just 18 km! Not to mention the tired legs and knees that were starting to say goodbye after not exercising for 2 whole months 😅 This trip was the first time going into the forest in 2 years, so I didn't prepare anything (I was overconfident). After walking for a while, I realized that "my body was starting to say goodbye". Both my legs and knees were sore. There were also small torn muscles as a bonus. That's it! I got bitten by a leech at the most shocking moment. I screamed throughout the forest 😭 The best thing is that I forgot about the pain while chatting with my friends along the way. Throughout the trip, my friends were the real heroes who helped push me up and down the mountain. I feel very grateful (I love my friends) 🥰 The atmosphere along the way was very beautiful. Nature was truly pristine. There weren't many people, making it feel like it was worth coming to relax here. At night, when I entered the tent, I left the curtains unclosed. The wind blew in and it was extremely cold. But the happiness I got from sitting and watching the stars and talking made me forget all about the cold. The next morning, my knee still hurt, but I told myself, "This trip didn't leave anything behind, just my leg hurt." Finally, I intended to come back when I recovered, to be more fit than before.
