Smizzle Burger has opened a temporary shop by partnering with the local shop Holiday Pastry, which is located in the OURS project on Charoen Nakhon Soi 10. If you walk in, it's about 450 meters deep. I actually just found out about this project today. I've been to IconSiam 100 times, but I never knew there was a small project opposite Icon before. Smizzle Burger is considered an American-style burger shop that focuses on quality meat and uses the Smash burger technique, which is to press the meat while grilling, so that it's flat, making the meat crunchy and crispy on the edges, but still juicy on the inside. Since the shop partnered with Holiday Pastry, they also got a special Bun Burger recipe from Holiday Pastry. I talked to the chef a bit and he said that Holiday Pastry will make the bun burger for me. The bun has a more fragrant buttery flavor (I can't remember which country) than usual, making the burger more fragrant and juicy. I ordered The Oklahoma, a famous burger from Oklahoma, USA, with thinly sliced ​​onions pressed and fried with the meat, adding sweetness and juiciness to the meat. Served with Garlic & Onion sauce, it's delicious with cheese. The taste is really delicious. I ordered the 2-layer Beef, priced at 270 baht, with an add-on price of +85 baht for adding French fries or +115 baht for adding French fries and a drink (the price is quite high, so you have to control yourself a bit when ordering). The shop said that it will temporarily open as a Popup store at the OURS project, Charoen Nakhon Soi 10, for about 2 months. I saw on the page that it should be open until the end of April 2023 (try following the news from the shop's page again).
