“Doi Tu Le” is the highest mountain in Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province, with an elevation of 1,350 meters above sea level. The Karen people call this mountain “Tu Le Ko”, which means “Golden Mountain” because during the winter months from mid-November to January of every year, the green grasslands turn into golden fields amidst the sea of ​​fog.
