It's usually very difficult to book, so be sure to make a reservation in advance! The meal starts with various small bites, including ham, biscuits, and seafood fritters. The sourdough bread with goat cheese is served after a few courses. I particularly enjoyed the bread with a hint of seaweed flavor; its sweet but not cloying crust was perfectly crisp. Ike Jime Chalk Stream Trout The seafood was incredibly fresh, with flavors of raspberry and wasabi powder. The presentation and taste were excellent. Cornish Sea Bass This dish was stunningly beautiful. The seafood from Cornwall was impeccable, surrounded by colorful little flowers and finely cut asparagus, making it very refreshing to eat. Veal Sweetbread Paired with English peas and lime, this dish had a rich complexity.
