Early morning stroll spots around "KEIRIN HOTEL 10"

This is KEIRIN HOTEL 10, a hotel with an integrated bicycle racing track. The area around the hotel is quiet. I couldn't see the surroundings well at night, so I looked for a spot to take a walk early in the morning. At the front desk, a staff member told me, "Right now, the sunrise is beautiful at the Hinode Beach in front of the hotel!" So I headed to the beach. I thought, "In front of the hotel?" but when I passed through the hotel gate, I could see the ocean. There was a poster saying "Sunrise" on display in the hotel, but there were also artworks from the Setouchi Triennale on display, so I enjoyed a nice walk before breakfast. The bicycle racing track bank can be seen right in front of you from inside the hotel and the restaurant. There are seats in front of the hotel, so you can sit back and watch the athletes practice.
