We went on a tour of the headquarters shop and factory of the beloved "Harada's Rusk"!

I went to the flagship store of Gateau Festa Harada in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, the "Main Building Chateau du Bonheur" and the headquarters factory "Chateau du Espoir (House of Hope)" that stands next to it❣️ Needless to say, everyone has tried it at least once, and it has an image of a high-quality taste and sophisticated gift. There are plenty of things to enjoy at Harada's headquarters✨ First, on the free factory tour, you can receive a non-sale sticker and pamphlet at the reception and try a sample of sugar rusk on the spot☺️ If you take the elevator to the 4th floor, you can eat a brulee-style raw rusk made from granulated sugar roasted with a burner on the spot✨✨ Photography is not allowed on the 2nd and 3rd floors, but the product display is designed so that you can get a good view of the factory line, and time flies by🥹 The thing that surprised me the most was that they make it from French bread that is best suited for processing into rusks. They make rusks from their own freshly baked French bread, so now I understand why they are so luxurious and delicious✨ After the factory tour, we slowly headed to the shop. Here, we were able to purchase the "Goutte de Reine Caramel Chocolat" and square cakes that are only available at the head office🥰 There is a lot to see, and the shop has an excellent selection of products.
