The noodles are made by kneading wheat flour and salt water, then drying them with heated air. Takamatsu Port operates ferries and high-speed boats to seven islands, including Shodoshima, Naoshima, Teshima, Ogijima, and Megijima. As the site of the Setouchi Triennale, it is also interesting to view the art works. Liminal Air -core-, designed by Shinji Ohmaki, is the symbol of Takamatsu Port. Two pillars tower over the port.
