Click the button on the screen, and the national treasures collected by foreign museums will come to you one by one, which is equally shocking. ⛰ Tianlong Mountain, formerly known as Fang Mountain, is a branch of the Lüliang Mountains. It not only has beautiful natural scenery, but also is an art treasure house with rich historical and cultural heritage. There are 25 grottoes on the east and west peaks, with more than 500 large and small Buddha statues, 1,144 portraits, reliefs, and caissons, reflecting the style and outstanding artistic achievements of grotto art in different periods. There are also cultural landscapes such as Manshan Pavilion, Longtan Lingze, Gaohuan Summer Pavilion, stone inscriptions, and Guanyin Tower. There are also exhibition halls such as the Digital Museum and the National Treasure Return Museum. On December 26, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced that 19 tourist attractions were designated as national 5A-level tourist attractions, and the Jinci Tianlong Mountain Scenic Area in Taiyuan was on the list, filling the gap of no 5A-level scenic spots in Taiyuan. The number of 5A-level scenic spots in Shanxi Province has thus reached 11. 🎫 Ticket: CNY 50, half price for students. ⏰ Opening hours: 9:00–17:00. Some tips💡: ①🚍 Take the sightseeing line at Jinci Bus Station (ticket CNY 4, no discount for transportation card). If you take Line 1, it is best to get off at Longmen Platform Station. ② After getting off the bus, if you choose not to enter the scenic area, you can buy a separate ticket for the National Treasure Museum. ③ There is a temple on the mountain where you can worship and pray for blessings. ④👀 Some of the grottoes can be viewed by scanning the AR code. ⑤🚰 After visiting the West Peak Grottoes, walk along the stone steps. There is a stone tablet of Bailong Temple not far away, and there is a drinking water source below. ⑥⚠️ The public toilets on the mountain are not open in winter.
