Datongshan 405 Triangulation Point Gave Me Chill Mountain Vibes

#chinatravel Hiked up Datongshan 405 Triangulation Point in Tukeng Village Guishan District Taoyuan City Taiwan and it was a nice little break from city life. The trail is not crazy hard but you can definitely feel your legs working especially near the top. It’s mostly dirt paths with some rocky bits here and there and a few stairs sprinkled in. The trees make it nice and shady so you don’t get too hot even on a sunny day. When you reach the 405 Triangulation Point there’s this cool little marker and a spot to chill and look out over the green hills and nearby neighborhoods. Really peaceful and a good place to catch your breath. I saw a couple of hikers and a dog or two. Pretty quiet and laid back vibe overall. If you want a quick mountain fix near Taoyuan this trail is a solid choice. Just bring water and comfy shoes and enjoy the nature break.
