Bailusi Mountain Was Short Sweet and Surprisingly Pretty

#chinatravel Took a stroll up Bailusi Mountain in Neihu District, Taipei City, Taiwan and it turned out to be a chill little adventure. Not long or crazy steep but just enough to get the legs moving and clear your head a bit. The trail starts off kind of tucked between buildings which is funny because you are like five minutes from the city but it feels way more peaceful once you start going up. Trees everywhere, birds doing their thing, and even a few butterflies just floating around like it’s their job. At the top there’s this nice little open spot with a view of the city and nearby hills. Nothing too dramatic but definitely worth the short climb. Saw a few locals walking their dogs and one guy doing tai chi which honestly set the mood perfectly. Bring water and maybe a snack for the top. This is a great pick if you want nature without needing to disappear into the mountains all day.
