Located on Zhongshan North Road Section 2, 8% is a very relaxing restaurant. Live music is hosted on the second floor from noon to evening, making it a great choice for families, friends, or couples to enjoy a relaxing meal while enjoying the music. It's rare to find such a live music restaurant in a big city! The food is incredibly healthy, with no additives. The signature steamed vegetables (featuring 10 seasonal ingredients) are healthy and delicious, and the cabbage is perfectly cooked. For those who often enjoy heavy meals and fish and want a change of pace, this cozy and comfortable restaurant is a must-try. Dinner was a surf and turf feast for two for NT$1,080. The fresh sea bass soup was clear and delicious, and you could choose one of five five-element fried rice dishes. We opted for the super special red dragon fruit and vegetable fried rice, which was super healthy with yellow and red bell peppers. You could choose two surf and turf main dishes. This time, we chose the perilla and plum sauce chicken thigh and the aged pork tenderloin. The restaurant thoughtfully provided sesame sauce, allowing you to adjust the flavor to your taste. I added sesame sauce to the pork tenderloin, and it was a perfect match. ❗ For drinks, we chose Ceylon milk tea and orange (concentrated) bamboo-flavored oolong tea. We had originally planned to order a three-fruit juice, but it was sold out.
