Delectable Hot Pot Lab, near Ximending in Taipei, is a Shabu Lab-style shabu lab. It's a set menu (not a buffet) where you can choose your own shabu set. We had the pork set for NT$218. It's a lovely price, filling, and delicious. For a small eater, it's a great value! It's a place where you can sit alone at the bar and dine alone. The staff will cook right at your seat. In the corner next to it, there's a table for mixing dipping sauces, a lab-style funnel. They'll give you recipes to follow. Or if you're craving Thai-style dipping sauces, they even provide you with a special Panthai dipping sauce. It's so good! Delicious and worth it!
