Yangmingshan National Park 🍃

We visited Yangmingshan National Park on a warm summer morning, and from the moment we stepped onto the verdant trails, we felt immersed in an urban forest paradise 🌿🏞️. We strolled along Erziping and Qingtiangang, flanked by bamboo and pine, with cooling breezes rustling through the leaves. Bright hydrangeas and calla lilies bloomed in a riot of color, while butterflies especially chestnut tigers and swallowtails fluttered around us in early sunshine 💐🦋  What we loved most was the calming combination of nature and subtle volcanic wonders. We paused at Lengshuikeng’s cool plateau, happily escaping Taipei’s heat, and caught sight of fumaroles gently steaming at Xiaoyoukeng 🌫️🔥 . In the afternoon, soft cicada and cricket symphonies filled the air as clouds drifted over grassy plateaus, and occasional summer showers left delicate rainbows in the valleys 🌈. It felt like discovering a peaceful retreat just beyond the city, leaving us refreshed and connected to both the earth and sky 😊. #summervacay #myitinerary #travel
