Unlike other parks, this one is not flat but built on a hillside with gentle slopes. The park features some public fitness equipment, though not many, along with a few benches and several platforms. At the very top, there is a pavilion. One unique aspect of Hui'an Park is its use of mosaic tiles to decorate the pathways. Some of these tiles are even arranged into artistic creations, such as the staircase leading to the hilltop pavilion, which features an art installation resembling a snake or worm. When you reach this spot, remember to turn around—you'll be greeted with a stunning view of Taipei 101 right in front of you. Climbing to the top of Hui'an Park is quite easy. The hilltop continues the mosaic tile theme, with colorful columns inside the pavilion. You can sit on the stone benches and enjoy the scenery. Many visitors come here to wait for the night view of Taipei 101.
