The National Palace Museum is renowned as one of the top five museums in the world. The treasures here were originally in the Forbidden City of China, but in 1948, during the Chinese Civil War, Chiang Kai-shek ordered the Chinese treasures to be transported to Taiwan. As a result, high-quality treasures can now be seen in Taiwan. The most famous treasures here are the six-shaped stone in the shape of Dongpo Pork and the jadeite body in the shape of a cabbage. However, many people visit the museum to see these two treasures, but most people can only see one of the two.
