This restaurant is famous for its chicken rice in Ningxia Night Market. The first line was for takeout, so we lined up on the other side. I waited about 10 minutes and sat down. I had never tried chicken rice before, but it was more delicious than I expected! The rice was cooked to the right firmness, and it was simple with only chicken and green onions on top. The sauce was sweet, but it had a rich buttery taste that I think would be popular with Japanese people. The chicken on top was breast meat, but it was moist and not dry at all. Of course, no star anise was used. The size was small, so it was just right for eating on the go and it was great. I finished it in no time. It's a busy shop so you can't stay long, but it's also recommended for those who want to experience a night market unique to overseas!
