Palace Museum in Taipei

Located in front of a hill and surrounded by a garden, the Palace Museum stands out with its colourful architecture. It’s a must when you’re in Taipei. I spent an afternoon having looking at paintings and other artworks on display showcasing ancient times and history at every corner. It got a bit crowded after a while, but the museum is so big that you get easily immersed in special effects and interactive features. You can also buy souvenirs from the gift shop there. Entrance ➡️ There is an entrance fee. How to go ➡️ I took the MRT(that’s how the metro system is called in Taiwan)to Shilin Station 🚇 and then took bus 🚌 R30.
