Fresh and tender lobster pasta: TOSCANA Italian Restaurant

The #toscana Italian restaurant, famous for its #lobster pasta, is located on the #Sheikha Hotel on Minsheng East Road. Unfortunately, with the hotel shutting down in 2022, Toscana will also become history. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to book a seat before the restaurant closed, so I had the opportunity to taste the legendary #lobster pasta. #Boston Lobster Handmade Pasta is expensive, costing $1,880 per serving. The lobster shell is removed from the head and tail, and the shrimp meat is taken out and stir-fried with pasta. The claw meat is kept intact, and then assembled into a complete lobster and served on a plate! I was amazed at the first taste, it was delicious! The sauce is added to the lobster and boiled, and then poured on the pasta and stir-fried. The fresh and tender seafood flavor bursts instantly, super delicious! Although the lobster pasta is delicious, the portion is small. The three of us also ordered beef lasagna, fried mushrooms, truffle cream risotto and arugula salad. As expected of an Italian chef, the taste and seasoning are delicious. Toscana's decoration has an elegant European style, and there is also a semi-open-air garden seat, and the overall dining atmosphere is excellent. There is a couple tree in the garden. It is said that the success rate of proposing at the table next to the tree is 100%!
