You can go shopping after dining. The first thing served was hot bread. Although it was free, it was not sloppy at all. One was sweet and the other was salty. Let me give you a brief introduction. Dry-aging means placing the beef in an aging room to air-dry. During the aging process, the protein enzymes in the beef itself break down the beef fibers to soften the meat. The longer the aging days, the higher the quality. This time I ordered a 16-ounce New York steak that was aged for 55 days. It was cooked medium-rare as recommended. The outer layer was fried until crispy and the meat was pink and tender when cut without any blood. The meat was soft and tender with a bit of beef texture. Every bite was full of gravy. The aroma of oil and strong meat flavor near the fat was even more wonderful, leaving people with endless aftertaste. The whole meal cost about NT$6,000. I can only say that you get what you pay for, especially the aged steak, which is really unforgettable.
