Taipei 101 Observation deck. Taipei 101 is the tallest building in Taiwan and for a short time it was the tallest building in the world, it is a stunning building with an iconic architectural style. The building takes inspiration from traditional Chinese buildings while still embracing modern elements. The viewing deck is one of the highest in the world and offers 360 degree views of the city, on a clear day you can see all districts. There are two indoor viewing decks on the 88th & 89th floors and two outdoor observation decks on the 91st and 101st. There is also an internal exhibit that talks you through the history of the building, the construction and the technology behind the structure. The observation deck itself has a gift shop, craft stalls and places to buy snacks and drinks along with toilets and seating.
