This includes Zhuhai's Huadiao Chicken, Macau's Tongbi Hot Pot, Guangdong's Pepper-Smoke Shabai, and Hong Kong's Gold Medal Garlic Pork Ribs. On a cold day like this, a warming meal is a must. Their Huadiao Chicken uses 15-year-old Huadiao, resulting in a sweet, non-spicy, and fragrant dish. The tender chicken thighs and springy rice noodles, stir-fried and soaked up the sauce, are incredibly satisfying. The pepper-smoke Shabai (Shabai, also known as clams) is actually clam soup.
