Tainan Exploration Day Tour

I've visited Tainan many times, and this time I focused on the Central and Western Districts, a place where I discovered a fascinating blend of old and new. I departed from Kaohsiung Railway Station and arrived in Tainan in just half an hour. There's a cat stationmaster inside Kaohsiung Station, so you can check in with them. -Recommended attractions in Tainan's Central and Western Districts: Tainan West Market. Built in 1905, it was once the largest vegetable market in southern Taiwan. The restored "West Market" monument boasts 66 stalls selling cultural and creative products, general merchandise, and textiles. Each stall is meticulously decorated, and of course, there are hidden gems of delicious food. The adjacent Asakusa is a sprawling area with endless shops, and I'm sure I'll want to take some time-lapse photos. -The Tainan City Museum of Fine Arts II: Its ivory-white, geometrically stacked exterior is truly eye-catching. There are also shops within, and the interior features a unique design. -Besides enjoying authentic traditional food in Tainan, some cafes are also worth visiting, as some have beautiful decor. Turn right at the train station and head down the alley to Chenghuangli. You'll find Panino Coffee, a restaurant with excellent food and a cozy atmosphere, complete with cats to keep you company while you eat lunch. Another restaurant, The Cargo, is located in Asakusa and offers an even more cozy atmosphere, with high ceilings and plenty of plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Their teas and desserts are a true delight for both the taste buds and the eyes!
