The soup is very rich and smooth. With thick barbecued pork, I ordered another portion so there are 2 pieces I ordered another bowl of the popular No. 2 thick tonkotsu soy sauce ramen. This one has the same tonkotsu as No. 1, but with a soy sauce flavor (originally served with thick noodles), and the saltiness is more obvious.
