Nourishing Angelica Duck

Woke up to find it was already afternoon and I was so hungry! We decided to have lunch at Douliu Men Angelica Duck, a place we passed by yesterday and smelled something amazing! My dad and I each picked our favorite dishes and added a plate of fresh vegetables to complete our first meal of the day. I chose the Angelica Pork Jowl with Vermicelli for TWD$90! The portion of pork jowl was generous, with a delightful meaty aroma, making it very worth it. The smooth vermicelli absorbed the flavor of the Angelica soup, making it incredibly delicious.
