Speaking of hidden, it should not be hidden anymore as the business is super good. The shop is almost full when it just opens in the evening. Ordering is done through a coin-operated ticket machine. You buy the ticket first and then the staff will guide you to your seat. The staff has a good attitude. There are not many options. I ordered the signature clear braised beef noodles. The beef soup tastes clear and sweet, showing the shop's dedication to cooking. You can choose between knife-cut noodles and ramen. The texture is on the softer side. The whole bowl of beef noodles is rich in texture, and the beef is super tender. It's the best beef noodles I've had in recent years.
