這次來到宮原眼科，當然不能錯過這裡最有名的冰淇淋！店內提供超過50種口味，選擇真的超級多，從濃郁的巧克力、香醇的茶葉口味，到清爽的台灣水果風味，每一種都讓人難以抉擇。最後我選了鐵觀音+愛文芒果的組合，茶香醇厚、果香濃郁，搭配手工餅乾與鳳梨酥，口感層次豐富，每一口都是享受！


除了冰淇淋，這裡的伴手禮也超吸引人，包裝精美又有特色。我特地挑了鳳梨酥、乳酪蛋糕和巧克力帶回家，讓家人也能品嚐台中的美味。整體來說，宮原眼科不僅是視覺上的享受，美食更是令人驚艷，推薦給來台中的朋友一定要來試試！

This time I visited Miyahara, and of course, I couldn't miss their most famous ice cream! The store offers over 50 flavors, with an incredible variety to choose from. From rich chocolate and aromatic tea flavors to refreshing Taiwanese fruit flavors, each one makes it hard to decide. I ended up choosing a combination of Tieguanyin tea and Irwin mango. The tea was rich and fragrant, the mango was flavorful, and paired with handmade cookies and pineapple cakes, the texture was rich and every bite was a delight!

Besides the ice cream, the souvenirs here are also very attractive, with exquisite and unique packaging. I specifically picked up some pineapple cakes, cheesecake, and chocolate to bring home so my family could also taste the deliciousness of Taichung. Overall, Miyahara is not only a visual treat but also a culinary delight. I highly recommend it to friends visiting Taichung!

Every Saturday and Sunday, Dajia Jenn Lan Temple is always crowded with people and the incense is very popular. Many believers come from all over the place, or travel together, to pray to Mazu sincerely for peace and prosperity.

As soon as you step into the temple, you can feel the strong atmosphere of faith. Devout believers hold incense and pray to Mazu according to the order of worship. Some people kneel on the ground and cast divination blocks, praying for guidance; some donate in front of the merit box, and some choose to "use rice instead of gold" to make the prayer more meaningful.

Whether you are a devout believer or a tourist, you can feel the warmth of Mazu here and gain peace and tranquility in your body and mind.

林場內有兒童遊樂場、露營烤肉區、森林浴健康步道及設備完善的渡假小木屋，就是想抓住不同年齡階段的遊客都來農場放鬆、享受大自然的美好。

Dongshi Forest Farm is located in Dongshi District, Taichung City, covering an area of ​​more than 200 hectares, with an altitude of 500-700 meters. It has distinct landscapes in four seasons, is surrounded by mountains on three sides and faces water on one side, and has a unique geographical location.

There are different flowers to enjoy in Dongshi Forest Farm all year round, including plum blossoms, cherry blossoms, and azaleas from January to March, tung blossoms from April to May, and red maple leaves from November to December that make the entire mountain look the most beautiful. The forest farm attaches great importance to soil and water conservation, and fireflies can be seen from March to September. The farm has interpreters who can vividly introduce interesting stories about insects and plants.

The forest farm has a children's playground, a camping and barbecue area, a forest bathing health trail and well-equipped holiday cabins. The purpose is to attract tourists of different ages to come to the farm to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

With the sun hidden behind thick clouds, the wetlands take on a moody, almost surreal atmosphere. The towering wind turbines fade into the mist, their blades slowly turning against the sky. The boardwalk stretches into the distance, leading you through a landscape that feels quiet, almost otherworldly. 🚉 台中火車站曾是城市的中心，如今卻面臨著不堪的挑戰。幾年前新建的台中火車站，曾吸引許多人拍照打卡。舊火車站擁有百年歷史，部分空間被改作藝文、歷史展示及餐飲區域。火車站前的新綠川河休閒區，為老市區增添了不少新亮點。🎨

☕️ 這次回台中過年，特意去逛逛車站旁的市集及喝咖啡，卻驚訝地發現城市門面在短短4-5年內變得如此不堪。台中火車站曾是城市的繁華中心，如今周邊只剩下老舊的樓房，雖然部分有翻修，但新建的很少。🏙️

🌏 由於台灣有眾多外國移工，老市區的行人及街邊店多是東南亞人。不同的生活習慣增加了環境衛生維持的難度。火車站廣場及周邊有許多遊民占地而居或乞討，導致城市門面觀感不佳，還有衛生問題。🚶‍♂️

🏗️ 老城區的新面貌本是好事，但缺乏規劃及管理，使原本的面貌變得令人不願靠近。這樣的城市面貌及旅遊品質難以吸引遊客，令人惋惜。撇開不堪的一面，老火車站周邊仍在持續發展，特色店家及傳統老味道依然存在。期待下次再來能看到改善。🌟

🚉 Taichung Railway Station was once the center of the city, but now it faces unbearable challenges. The newly built Taichung Railway Station a few years ago attracted many people to take photos and check in. The old railway station has a history of a hundred years, and part of the space has been converted into art, history exhibition and dining areas. The new Green River leisure area in front of the railway station has added many new highlights to the old city. 🎨

☕️ This time when I went back to Taichung for the New Year, I went to the market near the station and had a cup of coffee, but I was surprised to find that the city's facades had become so shabby in just 4-5 years. Taichung Railway Station was once the bustling center of the city, but now only old buildings are left around it. Although some have been renovated, very few have been newly built. 🏙️

🌏 Since there are many foreign migrant workers in Taiwan, most of the pedestrians and street shops in the old city are Southeast Asians. Different living habits increase the difficulty of maintaining environmental hygiene. There are many homeless people living in and begging in the train station square and its surrounding areas, which leads to a poor appearance of the city and also causes hygiene problems. 🚶‍♂️

🏗️ The new look of the old town is a good thing, but the lack of planning and management has made the original appearance become unapproachable. It is a pity that such city appearance and tourism quality are difficult to attract tourists. Putting aside the ugly side, the area around the old railway station is still developing, and the specialty shops and traditional flavors still exist. Hope to see improvements next time. 🌟

The only downside is that you can hear the doors of the opposite rooms opening and closing, so the soundproofing needs improvement! The staff service is friendly! 清晨，我乘坐火車從台北出發，來到台中展開這次的雙日探索之旅。抵達後，我直奔台中的文創熱點—審計新村，這個由老舊宿舍群改建而成的文化聚落，充滿濃厚的文青氛圍。走進這裡，每條巷弄都隱藏著驚喜，彩繪牆、復古風格的咖啡館、獨立書店和手作攤位比比皆是。我特別喜歡一間販售植物手作的店鋪，選了一盆迷你多肉植物作為紀念。中午，我在一家人氣輕食店點了香濃的拿鐵和特色沙拉，邊品嚐邊欣賞窗外絡繹不絕的遊人，感受這裡獨有的慢節奏生活方式。午後，我沿著綠蔭環繞的街道漫步，走到草悟道。這條融合自然與藝術的步道充滿了活力，街頭藝人的表演吸引了眾多遊客駐足。我還特意在附近的國美館稍作停留，欣賞幾幅當代藝術展品。
第二天：
第二天，我選擇以城市探索作為主題，深入台北的文化與歷史景點。早晨，我來到龍山寺，這座古老的寺廟香火鼎盛，莊嚴的建築與精緻的雕刻令人驚嘆。我隨後前往不遠處的剝皮寮歷史街區，這裡的紅磚老街保存了清代的建築風貌，漫步其中，彷彿時光倒流，台北的舊日風情撲面而來。

Day 1:
Early in the morning, I took a train from Taipei to Taichung to start this two-day exploration trip. After arriving, I headed straight to Taichung’s cultural and creative hotspot—Shushi New Village. This cultural settlement, which was converted from a group of old dormitories, is filled with a strong literary and artistic atmosphere. Walking into here, every alley hides surprises, with painted walls, retro-style cafes, independent bookstores and handmade stalls everywhere. I particularly liked a shop that sold handmade plant products and chose a pot of mini succulents as a souvenir. At noon, I ordered a fragrant latte and a special salad at a popular light food restaurant. While enjoying the food, I admired the endless stream of tourists outside the window and felt the unique slow-paced lifestyle here. In the afternoon, I strolled along the tree-lined street and arrived at Calligraphy Greenway. This trail that combines nature and art is full of vitality, and the performances of street performers attract many tourists to stop. I also made a special stop at the nearby National Museum of Art to admire some contemporary art exhibits.
the next day:
On the second day, I chose city exploration as the theme and delved into Taipei’s cultural and historical attractions. In the morning, I came to Longshan Temple. This ancient temple is very popular. The solemn architecture and exquisite carvings are amazing. I then headed to the nearby Bopiliao Historical District, where the old red-brick streets preserve the architectural style of the Qing Dynasty. Walking through them, it was as if I had gone back in time, and the old style of Taipei came into view.
