Hotel "Oretachi no Tabi" is located inside the Tagawa-Ida Station building in Fukuoka. The hotel is located inside the station building of the local Fukuoka lines "Hitahikosan Line" and "Heisei Chikuho Railway". When you look out the window, you can see the station platform in the guest rooms. The theme of the hotel is "sleeping car trains". The bunk beds are designed to be reminiscent of a "sleeping car train". There are 11 rooms in total: 2 rooms with 1 semi-double bed, 4 rooms with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, and 5 rooms with 2 bunk beds. The rooms are equipped with only the bare minimum of services. Each bed is equipped with a TV and lighting. The shower, toilet, and washroom are shared and available 24 hours a day, but there is also a women-only area. The hotel entrance is a shared space, and is decorated with a table, kitchen, refrigerator, and photos related to the station. Drinks in the refrigerator are free to use. Instant tea and coffee and an electric kettle are also provided here. You can cook in the kitchen. You are free to use the condiments, plates, and cutlery. For breakfast, guests can choose two breads from a basket. When the train approaches the station, the sound of the engine echoes through the hotel, and the hallway connecting the entrance and the rooms feels like you're inside a train. This is a very simple station building in a rural town in Fukuoka, but it's a place where you can make wonderful memories. There are not many trains, so we recommend checking the timetable carefully.
