It’s about an hour away from Budapest, and you can reach it by taking the metro to Batthyany ter and transferring to the H5 train, or by taking the metro to Ujpest-Varoskapu and switching to bus 880/890. If you find transferring between modes of transport too troublesome, and you happen to visit during summer (May to September), there’s also the option of taking a sightseeing boat. The boat ride takes slightly longer than the train, but it saves you the hassle of transferring and walking from the station to the town.
