The most chill town near Budapest! Half-day trip to Szentendre

A town on the Danube River composed of colorful houses, a gathering place for Hungarian handicrafts, and a great place for a city walk near Budapest: 📍Szentendre/Szentendre ⛰️And because of its pronunciation, it has a down-to-earth Chinese name: Shandan Dan🤣 Only 20km from Budapest 🌈City walk route: The main road in the town runs along the Danube River. You can start at the Retro Design Center and walk all the way to the Christmas Museum. The popular Shandan Dan check-in spot is located about halfway down the main street. It is a colorful alley with many umbrellas. The specific location is: Herendi Porcelán 🌺There are many Hungarian-style handicraft shops along the way, including flower fabrics, ceramic flowers, and animal & fruit 3D plates. It's worth a visit. I recommend a local handicraft shop called RAKU, where you can buy handmade ceramic refrigerator stickers with the town's name 🍦There are also some restaurants, ice cream shops, and cafes in the town. You can sit in the sunny town square and drink coffee. It feels great. There is also a small church next to the square 🚶You can walk out of the alley and sit by the Danube River at any time The whole journey takes 2-3 hours 🚗I drove from Budapest and parked outside the town.
