This historic hotel is a five-star resort with spa facilities. Due to its high location, the lake view is very beautiful. In terms of the experience of staying here, the main focus is the view and service, but the facilities are indeed relatively old, and the hardware of the room and spa really do not make it look like a five-star place. What’s amazing this time is actually their dinner large menu, which includes foie gras, pigeon, tender beef, etc. Every ingredient is selected and paired with great care. The waiter can also recommend a wine to pair with each dish. The restaurant’s wine cellar was also impressive and allowed us to plant several varieties of wine. Although it's just a side dish, I have to mention that their bread and butter are really delicious.
