The bathtub here is super photogenic!

We stayed at the lake-view suite of Hotel Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake over the weekend with our kid and would rate it 8/10 overall! 💯 First, the highlights! The bathtub is an absolute winner – huge and comes with a soaking bag. Taking photos by the window while filling it up instantly creates magazine-worthy shots 📸. At night, the nearby ferris wheel lights up, making the night view absolutely stunning~ The row of free bikes at the front desk is a big plus – waking up early for a lakeside ride with the breeze is so refreshing! Service deserves praise too – the staff were all smiles and super responsive 👍. The room was spacious enough for our kid to run around, and the TV had so many channels it was overwhelming – perfect for lazy binge-watching~ The pool temperature was just right, and they provided floaties, though inflating them took a while. Parents with little ones might want to bring their own! A few minor gripes: For drivers, the parking lot access is a bit troublesome – you need to scan a code at the front desk every time you leave, which is slightly annoying 🚗. The kids' play area felt half-hearted, with just two mini golf sets, one game controller, and a few board games – our kid got bored after ten minutes… The doors are also oddly designed – they automatically close unless held open, which kept pinching us when carrying our kid in and out 😮‍💨. Also, while the magazines in the room had trendy covers, some images weren’t exactly kid-friendly – might be good to swap them out~ Oh, and disposable toilet seat covers in the bathroom would’ve been a thoughtful touch! Overall, it’s still a great choice for family trips – the lake view and bathtub are major wins, and the minor flaws are tolerable~ 😉
