Living in Suzhou Gardens: The Reason I Fell in Love with Suzhou

Your words, "Spring is not late," brought me to the real Jiangnan. This time, I stayed at the Shuxiang House Pingjiang Mansion. The slow pace of Jiangnan is so enjoyable. I experienced life in a garden. The ancient halls of Pingjiang Mansion are perfect for taking photos 📷. There is a myna bird in the garden that says "Hello," which is very interesting. Drinking tea, admiring the scenery, and basking in the sun is truly delightful. The room features wooden windows with ink paintings, and opening the windows reveals greenery. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. The hotel's breakfast is diverse, with Suzhou-style soup noodles, wontons, and both Chinese and Western options. Eating breakfast in the garden is very Jiangnan-esque. There are also koi fish in the hotel, wishing us good luck 🥳. Outside is Pingjiang Road. Having a Suzhou-style hot pot and strolling around is so comfortable 😌.
