I found a gap and aimed my lens at the window, only to see figures in Hanfu costumes flitting through the lattices. The garden's broadcast repeatedly reminded visitors, "Please do not photograph faces," but these elaborately dressed young women seemed to have already taken this place as their natural photography studio.
