Walking into Suzhou's Shantang Street, it feels like traveling back to ancient times. The quaint streets are lined with elegant white walls and black tiles, the river is gurgling, and boats are leisurely passing by, making me instantly intoxicated by this charming water town. Walking on the cobblestone road, I heard the hawkers' calls, which attracted me to stop and taste the local specialties. I especially recommend the "Squirrel Mandarin Fish". This dish is golden in color, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and paired with sweet and sour sauce, it makes me want to eat one bite after another, it is irresistible. In addition to delicious food, Shantang Street also has many handicrafts and traditional cultural displays, which surprised me.
