Enjoying the Shui Baxian themed afternoon tea at Banyan Tree Suzhou while looking at Lion Mountain, the beautiful lotus pond is right on the table. I like the peach and matcha cheese mousse and jasmine lily puff the most. The slight bitterness and fragrance of matcha is a touch of green in the summer breeze, and the sweetness of the peach is not at all inconsistent. The smooth and delicate cheese is fragrant but not greasy, and the overall entrance is like a cloud gently wrapping every taste cell. Take a bite of the delicate and small puff shell, the crispy feeling blooms between the lips and teeth, followed by the dense and delicate filling sliding in like silk. The fresh jasmine fragrance, the warm lotus seeds and the sweet lily are matched together, and every bite is a fusion of tradition and innovation.
