Plum blossoms are in full bloom, it’s the right time to enjoy them In the 35th year of Emperor Kangxi’s reign (1696), the governor and minister Song Lu was in high spirits and wrote the three characters “Xiangxuehai” on the cliff. Since then, “Xiangxuehai” has become famous throughout the country. Kangxi and Qianlong both visited Xiangxuehai many times. Today, there is still an imperial stele of Qianlong titled "Re-singing the Old Rhymes of Dengyu Xiangxuehai" left.
