[Suwon, Korea] Breakfast featuring Korean sausage, Sundae, and rich soup

#0YenTravelNovember Sundae is pork intestines stuffed with glutinous rice, glass noodles, pork, and beef. Its appearance often puts foreigners off, but after trying it late last year, I became so addicted that I'm glad I'd been so averse to it. This is a 24-hour, nationwide chain. The sundae here is completely mild, and the generous servings of ingredients soak up the beef broth so much that they're bursting with volume. The intestines shrink as they're cooked, causing the ingredients to protrude like flower petals. It may seem a little more grotesque, but the sundae is indescribably delicious. I like it much better than the one I had in Seoul. Paired with amino salted fish, it even enhances the flavor of danmyeon. Sundae is also rich in nutrients like iron. You can adjust the flavor to your liking with the perilla powder and chili powder provided on the table, and you can drink the soup to warm you up in an instant.
