This is a popular Sydney brunch spot and cafe, so I arrived around 7:30 PM, and by the time I finished my meal, there was a long line outside. We ordered ricotta pancakes, a full Aussie, a cafe mocha, and a matcha latte. The coffee was so delicious that we also ordered an iced long black and a flat white. All together, our total came to $95. The ricotta pancakes had a texture reminiscent of those found at famous Japanese soufflé restaurants, and the honey butter that came with them was incredibly flavorful. And the scrambled eggs served in the "Full Aussie" breakfast were incredibly soft and the most delicious scrambled eggs I've ever had. And the cafe mocha was amazing. Usually, cafes add chocolate syrup to their cafe mochas, but bills added grated dark chocolate, making it incredibly delicious. The cafe mocha was so delicious that I also ordered a long black and a flat white, two of Australia's most iconic coffees. The coffee was incredibly rich and delicious. The atmosphere was also great, so my friend and I finished our meal and took some beautiful photos. The staff were also incredibly friendly. If you're looking for brunch during your trip to Sydney, Australia, I highly recommend bills 💙
